Coach Eric – 2025 Volunteer Recognition Award Recipient

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Coach Eric, who received the 2025 Volunteer Recognition Award on April 30th for his outstanding contributions to Woodbridge Basketball. A dedicated member of the WBA family for over 10 years, Coach Eric has consistently demonstrated passion, leadership, and a deep commitment to developing young athletes.

This season, he led one of our U14 Boys teams to a silver medal in Division 1 at the Ontario Cup and brings years of experience from both OBLX and Division 1 play. Beyond the court, he’s always stepping up—whether it’s supporting fellow coaches, mentoring players, or launching new initiatives like our U10 Girls House League, designed to prepare young athletes for competitive basketball in the fall.

Coach Eric embodies what it means to be a role model: hard-working, compassionate, dedicated, and talented. We’re so grateful for everything he brings to our community.
